Mr. Utkarsh Srivastava is currently pursuing his undergraduate degree in B.A. LL.B. from ASU, Prayagraj. In his brief and growing legal stint, his experience entails working with State’s Legal Service Authority (Rajasthan) as a case manager in India’s first E-Lok Adalat. An ardent mooter, he has participated and organized various competitions on behalf of his law school; heading the Moot Court Society and the Legal Aid Cell. Research-oriented and enthusiastic about legal literature his areas of interest include Human Rights, Cyber Law, Family Law and Criminal Justice; holding author’s title in many leading online e-publications. Further, as an ad-hoc member of an NGO, Legal Aid & Social Development Educational Society, he is heading the LASDES’s E-Journal Publication as the Project-Director. He wishes to pursue a career in litigation in the future, also considering sitting for the judiciary.
