LASDES is a brain child of Devaang Savla, who is its founder and President of the Society. An alumnus of Symbiosis International University, Pune, who graduated top of his batch in the B.B.A. LL.B. programme in the year 2014. During his university education, he also won the prestigious Ontario-Maharashtra Government Scholarship to York University, Canada after a rigorous selection procedure, where he expertized his majors in IPR laws and its international pursuit. Also, recipient of S. K. Jain Scholarship for best all-round performance in his pen-ultimate year in Symbiosis Law School. Being educationally inclined, he has a passion for his subject and has about 7 years of legal teaching experience. He is also the Founder and President of Legal Aid and Social Development Educational Society where he is assisting economically and socially backward students to crack Law entrance examinations. He is currently practicing law in the High Court of Judicature, Allahabad in both, civil and criminal fields. Devaang has also written three books, ‘Aiming CLAT: An Introduction to Legal Reasoning’, to facilitate those pursuing the competitive exam, ‘The Constitution of India: An In-depth Analysis’ and ‘Procedural Laws in India: C.P.C. & Cr.P.C.’ catering to university students; the proceeds of these publications are re-invested in his founded NGO as donations. He has completed his Masters in Law from University of Oxford and further wishes to pursue Ph.D. or D.Phil. in law in the near future.

Being the vice-president, Tanmay Sadh shares close and collateral ideology to the vision of the society. His main contribution area is acting as a legal trainer and guide to students enrolling with the society every year. A think-tank to the NGO, he is currently practicing at High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. Former Associate at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi. Ayush Khanna

Ayush Khanna

Mr. Khanna heads the Legal-Aid Cell of the Society and has a wealth of experience at the Supreme Court of India. Additionally, Mr. Khanna regularly appears before various high courts on Original, Appellate and the Extraordinary sides. Mr. Khanna regularly deals in matters involving provisions of the Constitution of India, Indian Penal Code, Negotiable Instruments Act, Land Laws, Intellectual Property Rights, Provisions of Company Laws, Consumer laws and Property Disputes. A spirited and trustworthy asset to the Society, Harshul Bhatnagar holds the pivotal position of being the treasurer to the society. His ability to grow, manage and sustain funds of the organization is unmatched. His versatile thinking and approach to problems helps the society to maneuver through tough check-points. Tanisha J. Munir

Tanisha J. Munir, has played a revolutionary role in establishing the society’s monetary and funding backbone. Her reliability, makes her the contingency and emergency back-up of the society. Her contribution in teaching non-law subjects, including English and reasoning is an unmatchable help to students. Her never let go attitude, keeps the environment competitive and challenging. She currently practices at the Allahabad High Court, both in civil and criminal fields. Her area of specialty working is Land Acquisition, Family-matrimonial disputes and criminal contingencies. Anuj Srivastava

Anuj Srivastava practices at the High Court of Judicature, Allahabad. He favours criminal litigation and also has strong grounds in cases involving State Corporations, Motor Accident Claims and Land Acquisitions. During his university education, he had keen interest in International Law which lead to my pursuit of additional academic qualifications in Mediation Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution relating to Commercial & Trade Economies. Vishakha is a lawyer practicing in the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
